The Leeds United rumour mill is starting to really turn ahead of January. Here we round up all the latest transfer news and gossip coming out of Elland Road.

Leeds United’s plans for the January transfer window still seem quite unsure, despite Daniel Farke suggesting Leeds won’t be too active in January.

Contrary to that, there’s a growing number of players being linked with moves to West Yorkshire ahead of the 2025 January transfer window, with as many being linked with moves away from Elland Road too.

Wrexham interested in Patrick Bamford

One who could leave Leeds United in January is Patrick Bamford. The big striker has featured just eight times in the Championship this season, and it’s previously been reported that Leeds are open to offers for Bamford.

On Wednesday, it was revealed that Wrexham and Genoa are interested in Bamford ahead of the January transfer window. Both teams though may struggle to meet his wage demands.

Sheffield United join Louie Barry race

The race for Louie Barry’s signature is heating up, with the Aston Villa loanee still in red hot form on loan at Stockport County this season.

He’s the top scorer in League One with 14 goals already this season. The former Barcelona youngster has half the Championship on alert, including Leeds.

Now though, the Whites face competition in the race for Barry from their main title rivals Sheffield United who are now interested.

Spurs fancy Pascal Struijk at Leeds United

Spurs could now repeat their near £40million Archie Gray move with a January swoop for Leeds’ centre-back Pascal Struijk.

It’s reported that Spurs are interested in Struijk ahead of January, though Spurs aren’t the only ones keen on the Dutchman, it is thought.

The 25-year-old has featured in all 21 of Leeds’ Championship games so far this season, scoring twice.

Atalanta evaluating Ben Godfrey’s future

Whilst one defender in Struijk could potentially leave Leeds in January, another in Ben Godfrey could yet arrive.

Leeds United are interested in Godfrey at Atalanta where his season so far isn’t going to plan, following a £10million move from Everton in the summer.

It’s since been reported that Atalanta are evaluating Godfrey’s future at the club, suggesting an uncertain situation.

Arsenal keeping tabs on Illan Meslier

Illan Meslier seems to have a growing number of suitors ahead of January with Ligue 1 Rennes admirers of the Leeds goalkeeper.

Now though, it’s been reported that Arsenal are keeping tabs on Meslier as Mikel Arteta’s Gunners look to bring in support for current no.1 David Raya.

Leeds United join race for Keelan Adams

Another name on Leeds transfer radar is Falkirk’s impressive full-back Keelan Adams.

The 23-year-old Adams almost chose university over football, having started late in his career but having certainly made a big impression in the last season-and-a-half now.

Rangers and Leeds United are both keen on Adams. But he’s under contract at Falkirk until 2026 and so a January move won’t exactly be cheap for Leeds, should they make a move.
