The Leeds United academy has a long history of developing young talents and producing a number of successful players who have broken into the first team at Elland Road.
Leeds United are renowned for the high standards set for their academy prospects and for their commitment to player development. The Whites put great focus on technical skills and character development.
Many of the club’s most successful players and several Leeds United legends were academy graduates themselves, highlighting the Elland Road natives’ continued success in producing top-level players. Recent alumni include Archie Gray, Jamie Shackleton and Sam Bryam.
The Leeds United academy squads regularly compete in both national and international competitions. It provides excellent opportunities for young players to showcase their talent and to progress in their careers.
