The German coach has vast experience in the second tier, winning the league twice with Norwich City.
Spells with Krasnodar and Borussia Monchengladbach followed, though he didn’t last long with either club before moving to Elland Road.
Farke failed in his first attempt to gain promotion after losing the Play-off final to Southampton but achieved it in style in 2024-25.
Leeds won the Championship title with 100 points to return to the Premier League.
