It’s been a rollercoaster of a season at Leeds United, but was no doubt worth every different emotion.
Leeds fans think they can sit back and relax, but their next two games could lead to Daniel Farke’s side lifting the Championship title.

Two gruelling tests await them, but after promotion back to the Premier League, it’s been a campaign which had ups and downs.
Farke was under serious pressure at Leeds, which shows what four wins on the bounce can do for confidence.
But if he had been sacked and the Whites failed with their target, this is what the 49ers would’ve pinned it down to.

49ers on what almost cost Leeds United promotion
There are many different elements to pick out that almost caused Leeds’ downfall this season, but thankfully, that wasn’t the case.
Despite Farke remaining in his post, there are still doubts over his future, as Michael Brown thinks Leeds will sack Farke.
If this happens, it will spell trouble for the owners, but they are much smarter than that, and Paraag Marathe sees Farke at Leeds long-term.
Their knowledge of this shows as they’ve pinpointed where the season could’ve gone wrong.
The Athletic reports that sources within the club know where the hierarchy would’ve looked for excuses had promotion failed.
The two ‘pinch points’ which were raised in conversations were Illan Meslier’s performances and early kick-offs throughout the season.
According to one source in the hierarchy, Farke felt that changing their approach to early kick-offs would only breed ‘doubt’ among the players.

Leeds can say goodbye to EFL decisions costing them
The main thing Leeds won’t miss from the Championship is the EFL’s shocking decisions.
Not only on the pitch through referees, but also their choices to continuously put the Whites on TV for their status as a club.
It felt like Leeds never got a break from playing on Sky Sports, as early kick-offs almost derailed Leeds’ season and became the trend of the campaign.
Adding to this, Farke has publicly called out refereeing errors, as the German doesn’t have to think about either happening in the top flight, as hopefully the Premier League brings better fortune to Leeds.
But now comes the next challenge for Farke. VAR.
