Leeds United had Manor Solomon on loan from Tottenham Hotspur last season, but the winger has not made a return to West Yorkshire.
Daniel Farke had Manor Solomon last season and he clinched the title with one of the last kicks of a Championship football in 2025/26 for Leeds United.
The question has been regarding a return, but Solomon’s social media post appeared to be a Leeds farewell previously as it was claimed Thomas Frank wanted to assess Solomon this pre-season.
The developments since have revealed that Spurs are now open to Solomon leaving, be that on loan or permanently. Leeds are, therefore, an obvious answer for the winger.

Manor Solomon’s view on returning to Leeds amid Noah Okafor interest
Throughout the summer, there have been reports stating Leeds remain interested in signing Solomon again this season. However, that was amid reports Solomon informed Tottenham he wants a second chance at the club.
Then, others stated a fee between £15 million and £20 million would sign Solomon. The recent reports state Solomon will cost just shy of £20 million, if he doesn’t remain in north London for the 2025/26 season.
Also, Solomon’s agent has spoken about a potential return to Leeds. He stated that Solomon wants to play Premier League football this season, and that he’d prefer to play that over European football, which could rule out a potential La Liga move.
Now, further information has come to light regarding that and since serious interest in AC Milan’s Noah Okafor was also revealed. Leeds like Okafor and are considering a move, but that could impact Solomon.
Dom Smith of The Standard states Solomon could leave Spurs either on loan or permanently. He believes that his preference would be to rejoin Leeds, but Leeds’ genuine interest in Okafor complicates that. However, other clubs are also keen on Solomon.

Daniel Farke’s most recent comments on Manor Solomon
Farke has already hinted Solomon won’t return to Leeds. Speaking post-match after Villarreal, Farke said: “Offensive-wise, if we are really honest, we have lost one of our main threats of the offence with Manor Solomon.
“Didn’t have many additions so far from then, if I am really honest. Then, you don’t have players like Dan James who’s important for us. Jack Harrison is not available due to injury.
“When they are not available, then of course, it’s a bit thin the offence. We know what we have to do and what we need.”
It doesn’t seem imminent, even if it’s Solomon’s wish to return.
