Leeds United transfer rumours latest, including updates on Sean Longstaff, Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, and Jack Harrison’s potential exit.
The transfer window is well underway now and Leeds United are continuing their momentum in the market as more concrete transfer news emerges and they complete their fourth summer addition.
A busy summer still lies ahead at Leeds as Daniel Farke looks to improve several areas of the side, with the Leeds squad far from ready ahead of the club’s return to the Premier League.
Lukas Nmecha, Jaka Bijol, Sebastiaan Bornauw, and Gabriel Gudmundsson have all become Leeds players in recent weeks, meaning they are making progress but more are set to follow.
In the meantime, with vital months ahead for Farke, the 49ers, and Leeds’ recruitment team, here we have taken a look at some of the latest transfer news and the biggest headlines coming out of the club.

Leeds agree Sean Longstaff deal with Newcastle United
Sean Longstaff was first linked to Leeds back in March 2024 ahead of a potential Premier League return. That interest has been more concrete this summer.
David Ornstein has revealed Leeds’ push to sign Longstaff for a player who, according to teammates, such as Sandro Tonali, they state Longstaff is underrated as well.
A £12 million deal is nearing completion for Longstaff as Leeds add to their midfield ranks. They aren’t done there, either, with a defensive midfielder and attacking midfielder still set to arrive.

Leeds target Vanja Milinkovic-Savic eyes Premier League move
Recent reports have emerged regarding Leeds’ interest in Torino goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic but nothing serious from any domestic-based reports.
More recently, it’s been stated that Leeds are pushing hard to sign Milinkovic-Savic. It’s also been confirmed that Milinkovic-Savic is one of a three-man goalkeeper shortlist for Leeds.
It’s reported that Leeds have the advantage over Napoli in the race for the 28-year-old and that Leeds are now insisting to sign the giant Serb while, crucially, Milinkovic-Savic wants a Premier League switch sooner rather than later.

Leeds’ Jack Harrison could yet return to Everton with David Moyes
It’s been reported previously that Leeds could yet retain Jack Harrison this summer and reintegrate him in the same way that Brenden Aaronson and Max Wober have been previously.
Of course, the choice might be out of their hands, with the winger having a contract until 2028. Leeds have a ‘problem’ with Harrison in that sense.
He is an asset without much value as, since his performances on loan, even Everton fans don’t want Harrison to return. However, David Moyes is ‘toying’ with the idea of Harrison returning to Everton this summer.
