A situation remains with Jack Harrison as his future seems to be either with Leeds United or Everton.

The winger has distanced himself from Elland Road for the past two seasons, as Leeds have a decision to make.

Harrison had an underwhelming stint with Everton, as his future will now have to be decided this window, with Leeds not too keen on keeping him around.

Of course, the choice might be out of their hands with the winger having a contract until 2028, as Leeds have a ‘problem’ with Harrison.

Well, someone who can help solve that ‘problem’ is David Moyes, as Everton’s true plans for Harrison have been revealed.

Everton’s plans for Leeds United’s Jack Harrison revealed

It’s certainly a situation the 49ers don’t need as they look to get rid of dead wood this summer.

Harrison was once a shining light in Yorkshire, but since his performances on loan, even Everton fans don’t want Harrison to return.

Leeds are ‘open’ to all options with Harrison, as the 28-year-old shouldn’t be ruled out with a stay, but Everton are trying to make sure that doesn’t happen.

According to The i Paper, it’s said that Moyes’ side are ‘toying’ with the idea of returning to Leeds so they can sign Harrison, with no mention of whether it’s a loan or permanent.

Harrison might have given a reason why he will stay at Leeds

With his Everton spell coming to an end, the Leeds hierarchy are now in a position that they’ve been dreading.

The two-year tenure was able to help put the idea of dealing with Harrison’s dilemma on hold, but now it’s the centre of attention once more.

Frank Lampard has said why Leeds should take a gamble with Harrison, and the winger did have many positives before his stint with the Toffees.

With his form glittering in the 22/23 season, it seemed like Leeds’ relegation forced him out, but Harrison signed a new contract in that same season.

Speaking to Leeds’ website on the deal, Harrison said: “It’s a massive moment for me in my career. I am really happy to be here, I have been here for so long now, coming up on almost 200 appearances.

“I’ve been through a lot of history with the club, and I am looking to make more history here.”

With the 28-year-old making it clear he wants to make more history, if the decision comes down to him, he might opt to stay at Elland Road, after his form took a massive dip on Merseyside.
