Leeds United have undergone some changes to the recruitment team in recent weeks but that won’t stop plans from being put in place ahead of January and even next summer.
Gretar Steinsson and Jordan Miles were prominent figures during the most recent transfer window but have since both departed their roles.
Steinsson has left his position as technical director at Elland Road to take up a similar position within the wider group of 49ers Enterprises, while Miles is no longer head of recruitment.
Alex Davies and Adam Underwood will now take on more prominent roles within the club, something which Daniel Farke discussed in his pre-Swansea City press conference on Friday.
With the transition seemingly done very quickly behind-the-scenes, it shouldn’t impact Leeds‘ forward planning too much.

Leeds interested in Nordsjaelland star Daniel Svensson
Transfer expert Graeme Bailey exclusively told LeedsUnited.News this week that Leeds have a list of targets preparing for two possible eventualites.
The Whites have one for if they are promoted to the Premier League, and another for if they stay in the Championship. According to Fotboll Direkt, Nordsjaelland left-back Daniel Svensson features on the former.
Leeds are reportedly among a host of clubs that also include Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal to have watched Svensson in action this season.
The 22-year-old was handed his first cap for Sweden last month and has already played over 150 times for Nordsjaelland.
In that time, Svensson has scored eight goals and provided 20 assists, which has seen him become one of Europe’s most sought after young defenders.
As per Team Talk, the chances of Leeds landing Svensson will rely entirely on whether they win promotion to the Premier League this season.

Svensson responds to Leeds transfer links
Svensson was actually asked about reports linking him with Leeds earlier this week following Nordsjaelland’s 1-0 victory over AGF Århus.
However, Svensson was quick to shut down any potential speculation over a move to Leeds by suggesting it is something he hasn’t heard anything about.
He said: “I have not heard anything about it and it is not my focus now. My full focus now is what I do here at Nordsjaelland. So no, I don’t know anything about that.”
