Leeds United boss Daniel Farke has stressed that the club can’t operate on anxiety in the summer transfer window.
It comes as the club attempts to rebuild the squad for the Championship this season after narrowly missing out on promotion to the Premier League.
With an extended stay in the second tier comes the lack of funds that would’ve otherwise featured in the top flight.
That has led to fears over some of the best players in the team leaving, with Archie Gray already joining Tottenham for £40million this summer.
Crysencio Summerville continues to be linked with a Leeds exit, while Wilfried Gnonto is being tracked by Everton.
While it remains to be seen what happens to the duo, and others in the squad, Farke has called for calm in the market.

Daniel Farke on latest Leeds United transfer links
With those transfer exits potentially on the horizon, Leeds boss Farke has looked to calm the waters by talking about the plan and options available.
Speaking to Leeds Live about the transfer picture, he said: “If you are working with anxiety in this business, then you are in the wrong position.
“We know we are, at the moment, not PSG or Real Madrid, we can’t just afford each and every player.
“We spoke, quite openly and honestly, about the past forcing us into situations where we have, sometimes, to think about the financial situation, within the rules.
“For that, yes, perhaps our hands are a little bit more tied than some other clubs.”
However, despite those talks of their hands being tied, Farke has been keen to reiterate that any panic won’t help in the market.
“We need to be there with smart decisions and, overall, no anxiety because there are many players who want to play for this Leeds shirt,” he reiterated.
“If one or two players leave, I am pretty sure we will find some good solutions. I hope, at the moment, our best solutions stay.”
It remains to be seen exactly what the state of the Leeds squad will look like by the time the transfer deadline ticks over.
However, at the end of it, the manager will have to get the most out of those players to ensure a return to the Premier League is on the cards.

Leeds transfer decisions
Should one or both of Summerville and Gnonto leave this summer, Leeds will need a few things to work in their favour.
One of those would be the timing, giving themselves enough to land a suitable replacement for their star players.
The other key factor will be the finances of the deal itself, giving enough of an injection of cash to balance the books while allowing for reinvestment into the squad.
Several transfer options have been touted for the forward areas in recent weeks.
Gabriel Sara has been linked with a move to Leeds, though he would likely fill an attacking midfield position.
However, when it comes to those options on the wings, it remains to be seen which targets could appear.
