Leeds United’s season-long goal can be achieved on Monday with a win vs Stoke City, and if Burnley and Sheffield United’s result goes Daniel Farke’s way.
The pressure is fully on at Elland Road as Leeds can end their fans’ suffering and return to the Premier League.
Three wins on the bounce has shown an excellent turnaround from Farke and co, as this promotion race has gone down to the wire.
| Position | Team | Played MP | Won W | Drawn D | Lost L | For GF | Against GA | Diff GD | Points Pts |

| 3 | 43 | 27 | 7 | 9 | 59 | 33 | 26 | 86 |
With the Potters standing in the Whites’ way, Stoke will need luck to beat Leeds.
That’s according to boss Mark Robins, but one player has come out all guns blazing in a serious warning.

Stoke City’s Million Manhoef sends warning to Leeds United
Although Stoke find themselves at the lower side of the Championship table, this will be in no way easy for Farke’s side.
| Position | Team | Played MP | Won W | Drawn D | Lost L | For GF | Against GA | Diff GD | Points Pts |
| 15 | 43 | 14 | 11 | 18 | 56 | 66 | -10 | 53 | |
| 16 | 43 | 12 | 14 | 17 | 45 | 54 | -9 | 50 | |
| 17 | 43 | 10 | 19 | 14 | 44 | 53 | -9 | 49 |
It’s not been a glittering performance from them, but Robins as manager can already provide a threat to Leeds through his experience at Coventry City.
Stoke have injury issues, but that hasn’t stopped winger Million Manhoef sending a clear message to the Whites, as despite the Elland Road backing, he’s made it clear they won’t be messing about.
Speaking to Stoke’s club media after their 2-0 win vs Sheffield Wednesday, the 23-year-old made his stance clear.
“It is going to be a hard game, but we are unbeaten in five games and we want to continue that run,” Manhoef said.
“(We want to) show us against the number one of the league, and hopefully we can get another three points.”
Manhoef vs Junior Firpo will be good battle in Leeds vs Stoke
The Dutchman has been a shining spark in what has been a poor season for Robins’ side.
Manhoef proved his worth in the victory over Wednesday and has given clear signs he can be a serious threat.
| Manhoef’s statistics in Stoke 2-0 Sheffield Wednesday | |
| Minutes played | 90 |
| Goals | 1 |
| Was fouled | 3 (most in game) |
| Pass accuracy % | 85% |
| Passes into final third | 1 |
The stat that jumps out there is the 23-year-old’s ability to get fouled, which is something Junior Firpo needs to watch out for on that side.
Both players didn’t feature in the reverse fixture, which ended 2-0 to Farke’s side, but Manhoef will not give the Leeds left-back an easy afternoon.
Considering Firpo was unimpressive vs Oxford United, he needs to seriously up his game to stop the tricky winger.
