Daniel Farke has proven the doubters wrong at Leeds United and is so close to another promotion.
Following on from his two step-ups to the Premier League with Norwich City, Farke is in line to achieve his third.
Only the iconic Neil Warnock has achieved more with four, but Farke won’t be looking to chase that record with the hope that Leeds stay in the Premier League.
A five-point gap over Sheffield United has left the Leeds United squad focused instead of celebrating.
Jayden Bogle has summed up perfectly why the squad is like this, and it’s all down to Farke.

Jayden Bogle on ‘massive’ Daniel Farke trait at Leeds United
Bogle has been one of the top performers in the Leeds squad this season, as Chris Wilder had a howler in letting him go.
It appeared that Bogle didn’t want to focus on Sheffield United when asked, as his full attention is on Leeds.
This more than likely will stem from Farke’s wishes, as it seems like their only goal is focusing on promotion, which is what the Blades boss should’ve done instead of Wilder’s mind games.
It’s a simple but effective trick and Bogle has praised the Whites boss to BBC West Yorkshire Sport for the thing that he does, which is ‘massive’ for the squad.
“He’s been fantastic for me. The confidence he’s given me, learning from his experience,” Bogle said.
“It’s massive (Farke being calm), it runs through to everyone in the changing room.”

Farke’s trait is rare in the world of football so Leeds are lucky
You rarely get managers who are calm under pressure, and although it didn’t work last year after failure at promotion, it’s been the key to success this time round.
Wilder’s loud mouth in the media has ultimately cost his side as Wilder calling Sheffield United fans ‘a disgrace’ backfired.
The Leeds manager would never take this approach, and once again, Farke has remained calm for Leeds’ remaining games.

It’s in Leeds’ hands, and with Burnley and the Blades to play each other, Farke knows how important it is to keep in check.
If Wilder fancies promotion this year, he may have to take a leaf out of the German’s book.
