Leeds United will be thankful that they didn’t play against Millwall in the Championship on Saturday afternoon as it was a tough watch for Whites fans.
Yes, an exit from the FA Cup so early on is disappointing, but the silver lining is full focus can be put on the Championship now.
Leeds lost 2-0 but had a penalty to make it a nervy end for Millwall, fortunately for the Lions, Pascal Struijk missed his second spot kick of the season.
Alex Neil was disappointed by the penalty decision, as justice was potentially served with Struijk missing.
But Daniel Farke put the focus on Mateo Joseph after the game, as the Spaniard had a shocking afternoon.

Joseph played a 2/10 game against Millwall as the 21-year-old, to put it bluntly, might as well have stayed on the coach.
Joseph was pocketed by Millwall centre-back’s Jake Cooper and Japhet Tanganga, as it was one to forget for the young striker.
With his future uncertain after Real Betis submitted a £10m bid for Joseph, Farke has come to the forward’s aid and defended him in his post-match press conference.
“It was always to be a difficult game for a striker today,” Farke said.
“Don’t go too deep with it, important to have 90 mins under his belt.”

Farke on Josuha Guilavogui’s potential red card for Leeds
Farke also commented on Josuha Guilavogui who Leeds fans said was ‘poor’, as the Frenchman was lucky to stay on the pitch after 39 minutes.
The 34-year-old went heavily into Millwall’s Casper De Norre with studs up, and only received a yellow from referee Gavin Ward.
Farke continued with his comments after the game saying: “I’ve not watched it back – (his) first appearance in a while.
“He’s the kindest person on this planet, he didn’t injure this player on purpose.
“It was a bit late but right decision to give him a yellow card, if we were lucky then we were lucky.”
It was an afternoon to forget on the whole for Leeds, but Guilavogui is a very lucky boy.
