Leeds United confirmed signings in the summer transfer window of 2025.

The hangovers will soon clear – though it might take Ethan Ampadu longer than most – after Leeds United’s remarkable Championship title triumph and wild celebrations.

Leeds secured Premier League promotion on Easter Monday but more drama was to come as Manor Solomon’s last-gasp winner against Plymouth on the final day saw them clinch the title ahead of Burnley.

Daniel Farke’s side finished the season on 100 points, the seventh team to ever do so, but now the hard work truly begins ahead of next season.

Leeds will have to invest significantly to improve the squad for top-flight survival, with Farke already demanding ‘ambition’ from the owners.

The 49ers have decided to keep Farke going into the new season but the manager will have to start strong or pressure on his position will soon mount again.

Leeds are guaranteed to spend more money for Farke than he got after promoting Norwich City twice and an exciting summer is in store before the season begins.

When does the 2025 summer transfer window close?

Premier League clubs can begin registering new signings from June 1, 2025, but the window will then close again on June 10.

The transfer window is briefly opening to allow clubs competing in the newly expanded Club World Cup this summer the chance to sign players before it begins.

All Premier League clubs will be able to take advantage of the extra time, though, not just Chelsea and Manchester City.

The window will be shut for six days before it opens again for the rest of the summer on June 16.

Deadline day will come on September 1.
