Daniel Farke’s Leeds United beat Scott Parker’s Burnley in dramatic fashion at Plymouth.
It was the perfect ending for Farke, but a devastating revelation for Parker.
Burnley were looking home and dry as they were 3-1 up against Millwall, but Manor Solomon completely ruined the mood at Turf Moor.
To Leeds fans’ delight, Solomon might have hinted at a Leeds stay, but time will tell whether this comes to frution.
However, despite the jubilant scenes in Devon, Parker was very disappointed.

Scott Parker reacts to Burnley losing title to Leeds United
The Clarets boss does deserve plaudits for taking this Leeds team all the way, but in the end it was the Whites that shined through.
Parker has called Leeds’ fixtures lucky but it doesn’t seem like he’ll be too salty as Burnley will still be playing Premier League football next season.
However, he has still shown his frustration to losing out on the title after they had one hand on the trophy.
Speaking in his post-match press conference, Parker made it clear he was proud of his team, but there was something that put him down about Leeds’ triumph.
“The main objective was to get three points and end the season on 100 points. Two defeats all season, 33 games unbeaten, 16 goals conceded, that’s all I could ask for really,” Parker said.
“If you’d said to us at any point that 100 points this year wouldn’t get you the title we’d all be thinking, ‘no chance’.
“To lose the title on goal difference is a little disappointing but I won’t let that overshadow a remarkable season.”

Parker admires Farke’s Leeds United side
It’s clear that there is great respect between both managers, and that has been shown throughout the season.
Solomon’s strike deflated the Burnley camp but it’s clear Parker is just focused on competing in the top flight next season.
But no doubt he will be hurting having seen the scenes taking place at Home Park after the final whistle.
They came close, but alas, it’s second place, however, Parker already knew of the Whites’ quality, which probably didn’t leave him too shocked at the late winner.
Parker loves Leeds’ style of play and it will be very interesting to see how both teams fare in the big time next season.
