The latest Leeds United news and transfer rumours, including updates on Vladyslav Vanat, Nikola Krstovic and Andrew Omobamidele.
It looks like business is about to get booming in the summer transfer window for Leeds United.
Lukas Nmecha has already been confirmed as the first new addition to Daniel Farke’s squad, while Udinese centre-back Jaka Bijol is expected to be next.
Though Leeds are seemingly yet to make progress on a new goalkeeper and playmaker, another striker appears to be the top priority at present and here’s the latest Leeds transfer news.

Leeds eyeing Vladyslav Vanat during Under-21 Euros

Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz has emerged as Leeds’ top striker target and the Whites have already had an opening £32m bid rejected.
Fulham want to keep Muniz and tie him down to a new deal but there is hope Leeds could sign him should the Cottagers bring in Ricardo Pepi.
However, it would be wise for Farke to have a backup plan and Transfer expert Graeme Bailey has told LeedsUnited.News that Leeds are keeping a close eye on Vladyslav Vanat during the Under-21 Euros.
The Ukrainian played all three of his nation’s group games, scoring in a win over Finland, but couldn’t fire them to the knockout stages.
Vanat has a release clause of just £17m and has already been linked with a move to Leeds this summer.
Latest Nikola Krstovic reports

Another Muniz alternative linked with Leeds has been Lecce striker Nikola Krstovic, who scored 11 and set up five of the Serie A side’s 27 goals last term.
Reports from Italy suggested Leeds were in advanced talks to sign Krstovic after being linked throughout the transfer window.
However, a contrasting report from the Yorkshire Evening Post claims Leeds are not understood to be in any such discussions.
Andrew Omobamidele signs four-year deal with Strasbourg

Centre-back Andrew Omobamidele has been linked with Leeds since January, when the club wanted him on loan from Nottingham Forest but he instead chose Strasbourg.
The defender is known to Farke after playing for him at Norwich and there was a suggestion Leeds could reignite their interest this summer.
However, that won’t be happening as L’Equipe are reporting that Omobamidele will join Strasbourg permanently on a four-year deal.
