Leeds United are expected to be active in the final days of the transfer window as The Whites close in on the signing of James Justin from Leicester City, and explore a move for a new attacker.
But Leeds will not only be looking to sign players in the final week of the window. The club also need to rid themselves of several players who are not in Daniel Farke’s plans, inevitable after 10 new signings.
Patrick Bamford has been told he has no future at Leeds, and Danny Mills thinks Bamford could now be released. Illan Meslier has been offered to Como, while Lorient have held talks to hand Meslier a return.
Elsewhere, there is the imminent departure of Largie Ramazani. Carlos Corberan’s Valencia are now set to sign Ramazani, with Farke omitting the Belgian winger from the squad that travelled down to Arsenal.

Valencia confident of Largie Ramazani’s debut on Friday evening
Ramazani is now ‘expected’ to join Valencia this week, even if talks remain between Leeds and Valencia over a permanent clause. The matter of a loan fee also needs ironing out with Leeds requesting one.
But according to Spanish newspaper AS, Valencia are ‘confident’ of Ramazani’s arrival to the extent that he could be involved with Corberan’s men against Getafe on Friday night, their second La Liga game.
Ramazani, of course, has experience of Spain’s top tier, having caught Leeds’ eye while with Almeria. The winger scored against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu, and that, among other reasons, saw Leeds pay £10m.

Why Leeds are now open to Ramazani’s exit this summer
Leeds lost Manor Solomon in the summer, and his return to Tottenham may have given Ramazani some confidence that he would be able to break into the Leeds side, ahead of the Premier League campaign.
But no one saw Jack Harrison being reinstated as a Leeds player, and then The Whites brought in Noah Okafor. With Harrison and Okafor on the bench against Arsenal, Ramazani is now the fifth-choice winger.
Understandably, he is not happy with that and wants a move. The chance to play under Carlos Corberan at Valencia is an exciting one, and Ramazani will be confident he can make an impression back in Spain.
