Leeds United have interest in Largie Ramazani emerging from La Liga via Carlos Corberan’s Valencia.
The Leeds United winger is further down the pecking order following the signing of Noah Okafor, but also with Brenden Aaronson utilised as a winger so far in substitute appearances for Daniel Farke.
Public transfer interest has not been frequent but Ramazani has already turned down Aris Thessaloniki, a Greek outfit. However, Valencia are now keen on Ramazani and the 24-year-old could depart before the transfer deadline.
Just last summer, Leeds agreed a £10 million deal for Ramazani. The deal also included a 15% sell-on clause to UD Almeria. Despite his electric pace, it’s fair to suggest Daniel Farke underutilised Ramazani for Leeds over the course of last season.

Leeds winger Largie Ramazani’s situation amid Valencia interest
Earlier last season, Farke discussed the situation privately with Ramazani regarding his game time. However, after failing to come off the bench against Everton, many were rightly concerned about his Elland Road future.
In Thursday’s press conference, Farke explained Ramazani’s role at Leeds. Then, he was left out of the Arsenal matchday squad for the trip to London.
The German manager told Leeds Live: “Decision on Okafor, nothing against Largie. We have Harrison here too.”
That is why interest has now mounted. It’s been claimed Valencia are pushing for a permanent clause in Ramazani’s deal as well. It would be a return to the Spanish top flight if a deal is struck.
However, there are complications to overcome due to what Leeds want and Valencia’s demands. Sacha Tavolieri has since provided the latest update.
He says that Valencia have entered talks with Leeds to secure the free loan with a buy option for Largie Ramazani. He adds that they are willing to cover Ramazani’s salary but they do not want to pay a loan fee.
They are “trying to negotiate a free loan along with the purchase option in return”. However, the obstacle right now is that Leeds want a loan fee. Tavolieri states that negotiations are ongoing.

Beren Cross explains the likelihood of Largie Ramazani’s exit to Valencia
Writing in The Athletic since Tavolieri’s reveal, Beren Cross has explained that Leeds and Valencia are negotiating a loan deal for the winger.
In his article, he wrote: “Sources at Elland Road have described a temporary switch for the Belgian as ‘likely’.”
