Leeds will not be alone in their pursuit of Sanches as he continues to add to his goal and assist tallies. Besiktas boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer made a late move to sign Sanches, but £7.5m was deemed too much.

The Championship is obviously a better division than the Swiss Super League, but Leeds are arguably the best side in the Championship and it is perhaps an easier stage in which Brenden Aaronson can shine.
Lausanne are currently in fourth at the time of writing. So, in a worse division but perhaps harder for the France-born ace to really showcase his talent and that makes the comparison perhaps, largely equal.

Impressive numbers from Sanches. A player with enormous potential, attacking versatility and clearly, at least in the Swiss Super League, an end product. Is he ready for the Premier League? Only time will tell.
