The last thing Daniel Farke wants to do is create a toxic atmosphere around Leeds United.
It’s been seen to happen in the past, but at the moment, Farke has retained the faith of his players.
When it became clear that the Whites boss was on the chopping block, the Leeds dressing room backed Farke’s corner.
The morale will be a major boost for Leeds’ chances of staying up in the Premier League this season, but new players are also needed.
Arrivals could affect the morale around Leeds, but one player who now looks destined to leave has been let down by Farke.

Daniel Farke went back on Mateo Joseph pledge at Leeds United
The player in question is Mateo Joseph, who has had his future thrown into uncertainty at Elland Road.
A frustrating season has left Joseph to question whether he will still remain in Yorkshire come next season.
There is no denying the 21-year-old’s ability, but now LeedsUnited.News sources claim that Leeds have reached an agreement with Mateo Joseph for his departure.
However, Joseph shouldn’t be best pleased with Farke after the Leeds boss made a promise to the youngster.
Back in February, Farke said Joseph was ‘important’ to his plans amid Betis’ first attempt to sign Joseph, but the Whites manager said: “We have Mateo, let’s assume the rumours were right with offers for double figures,” Farke said.
“A sign of his quality. Important, top striker.”
But after this pledge, the young Spaniard only went on to play a further 115 league minutes, and with him now being sold, Farke isn’t painted in a good light.

Leeds might regret selling Joseph who is likened to ‘Erling Haaland’
When Joseph arrived at Elland Road from Espanyol for £1.5m, there was so much promise for the youngster to become a great.
He showed this briefly in the Premier League and even came up in the big moments for Leeds, even when his future looked unclear.
A striker is a ‘priority’ for Leeds, so that was always going to leave Joseph in the dark, but selling him on a permanent deal comes with major risk.
Farke commented on comparisons to Erling Haaland and suggested people need to ‘calm down’, but if he gets on a good run with Betis, who knows what’s next for the youngster.
It’s unfortunate to see the young striker bow out like this, but it looks like the inevitable is finally happening, and Farke could have a lot to answer for in years to come.
