Archie Gray has proven to be one of the best emerging young talents in world football, and he has Leeds United to thank.
It’s not been a first smooth sailing season for Gray in a Tottenham shirt, but at just 18 years of age he’s proven he’s Premier League level.
Leeds fans will no doubt be hoping the best for the youngster who left for £40m in the summer, as Martin Keown was left stunned at Gray’s price tag.
It’s beginning to look like a value that will be a bargain for Spurs, as Leeds could’ve potentially asked for a larger transfer fee.
Gray was named Young Player of the Year at the London Football Awards proving his ability at such a young age, giving him every reason to share a list with some exciting stars in the world of football.

Where former Leeds United star Archie Gray ranks in top 50 best youngsters in the world
If a Whites fan was in charge of this list, no doubt Gray would be at the number one spot.
The 18-year-old has had a tricky season at Spurs playing out of position in centre-back, proving how it’s more impressive that he’s made this list.
He’s clearly already a fan favourite as Ange Posteocgolou has been stunned by Gray’s ability in what would come as no shock to the Leeds faithful after just one season at Elland Road.
Well, GOAL have created its annual list of NXGN (Nextgen) talents and Gray ranks quite high on the list.
Trumping the likes of teammate Lucas Bergvall, Tyler Dibling, and Chris Rigg, Gray ranks 13th out of 50 on the list, proving it’s a masterclass from Thorp Arch once again.
This puts him only a few places behind the likes of Endrick and Ethan Nwaneri, as his level at such a young age is so inspiring.
Yamine Lamal of course tops the list, but Gray could easily find himself in the top five next year judging by his form.

Leeds United starlet Harry Gray could join GOAL list in years to come
It might be a sad situation for fans with Gray no longer theirs, but luckily the family’s talent goes beyond the Spurs player as there is another excellent prospect in Harry Gray waiting in the wings.
The 16-year-old striker is seriously impressing at Thorp Arch and is certainly going the right way of emulating his brother.
Gray called his brother ‘really good’ and at just the age of 16, Leeds fans can get excited once again.
Hopefully, like his brother, the youngster doesn’t get pinched, as Gray is already sought after by Tottenham fans.
All in all, Leeds’ academy deserves a pat on the back, as both brothers have an incredibly high ceiling.
