Daniel Farke deserves his plaudits for the work he’s done at Leeds United since joining.

It was a tough ending to last season, but it seems as though Farke has given his Leeds squad a huge boost.

The German did have an uncertain future after the play-off final defeat to Southampton, with doubt cast over Farke’s future at Leeds.

But this looks to be far from the truth as the Whites boss has currently got his side on a 15-match unbeaten run in the Championship and is destined for Premier League promotion.

It’s now been revealed what is the secret to Farke’s success this season at Leeds.

Sources claim Daniel Farke has solved long-term Leeds United issue

Last season proved there were still plenty of areas Leeds needed to work on, but it’s hard to nail down any negatives this campaign.

Farke has been praised for his genius and his ideas seem to stem from what he does at Thorp Arch in training.

According to Thorp Arch sources, Farke has managed to end a long-term issue through his brilliant work at Leeds, as per MailOnline.

The source suggests those at Thorp Arch insist that the culture Farke has set is ‘serious’ because not one player there wants to be playing Championship football next season.

The drive of this side is fuelled by Farke’s ‘direct’ nature with a laser-like focus that channels through to the players.

Midweek away trips were tests that traditionally Leeds would ‘struggle’ with but the players are passing everything with flying colours, and the majority of that is largely down to the ‘meticulous preparation’ and the unity within that the Whites boss has created at the club.

Farke’s changes will be put to the test in coming weeks at Leeds

At the moment Leeds don’t know the meaning of the usual 3 pm kick off on a Saturday.

An EFL announcement revealed that Leeds won’t play at 3 pm until 29th March as midweek fixtures and unusual time frames loom large on the Whites.

Farke can prove once again how his job with the club has been brilliant, starting with Sheffield United.

Whatever happens though, you can’t deny the quality the Leeds boss has brought to the club, and the aim now will be to finish what Farke set out to do, promotion to the Premier League.
