Marcelo Bielsa is loved by all Leeds United fans as he continues to take the headlines for the Whites after a recent statistic emerged.
Daniel Farke will have a lot to do a lot to live up to the legacy of Bielsa, promotion back to the Premier League might just do the trick.
Jon Newsome believes Leeds need two attacking players to potentially achieve that, as fans will not be happy if signings aren’t made this January.
Bielsa had a brilliant stature at Leeds and will forever be remembered around Elland Road which is a status Farke will want.
The current Leeds boss is also behind Bielsa in another aspect during his career so far.

Bielsa had some brilliant stories at Leeds, developing some exceptional players, Stuart Dallas was invincible under Bielsa as he played his best football under the Argentine.
Farke has done the same, but will be hoping to do it on the Premier League stage.
In terms of the Championship stage though, it’s 1-0 to Bielsa, as he’s destroyed the competition in this regard.
In a statistic from Sky Sports, Bielsa comes out on top with the best points per game record in the second tier, as he had done so in 120 games less than Farke.
With 1.91 PPG, this makes the likes of Sean Dyche and Thomas Frank look like rookies on the Championship scene, as Burnley manager Scott Parker is also still far away from the genius of Bielsa.

Pundit could see Bielsa return to Leeds after Premier League promotion
It’s a strange prospect that some Leeds fans are unsure with Farke, even though it will take a lot to beat Bielsa, he’s still a brilliant manager.
Graham Smyth doubts Farke’s future at Leeds but with a step-up to the Premier League surely it’s a no-brainer to keep him.
Someone who has joked about a potential reunion with Bielsa is Gabby Abonglahor, as the former Aston Villa man spoke on Talksport (30 December, 6:55 am) about Bielsa returning to Elland Road.
“They lost Summerville, all their very good players they’ve lost, but Leeds – teams have to deserve to get promoted – but Leeds should be in the Premier League.
“The fanbase they’ve got, the stadium, the history – and maybe Bielsa can come back and they can go man-for-man again.”
Even though an extremely unlikely prospect, you wouldn’t put it past Leeds fans to take Bielsa back in a heartbeat.
