Leeds United are back in the Premier League after a 6-0 hammering of Stoke City on Easter Monday, while Sheffield United were unable to beat Burnley at Turf Moor.

Joel Piroe scored four goals while Junior Firpo and Willy Gnonto also got their name on the score sheet. The win piled the pressure on Sheffield United, who needed to match Leeds’ result to prevent promotion.

They suffered a 2-1 loss against Burnley at Turf Moor and it sees both Leeds an Burnley promoted to the Premier League, while Chris Wilder’s side will have to fight it out in the play-offs at the end of the season.

Chris Wilder praised Leeds after his side suffered a 2-1 loss, as The Whites squad were seen partying at Elland Road with promotion won. Front and centre with sunglasses on, Largie Ramazani was living it up.

Tony Dorigo criticises Largie Ramazani late on against Stoke City

Daniel Farke has criticised Ramazani publicly of late, but the £10m signing has deserved perhaps more game time than he has been afforded – but for the form of Manor Solomon and Dan James out wide.

Ramazani though was afforded the best part of 30 minutes against Stoke, replacing Gnonto. In injury time, Ramazani blazed a shot over the bar from 25 yards out and Tony Dorigo criticised the attacker.

During commentary on LUTV, Leeds icon Dorigo said: “It’s been a while for him, in that shot. He’s looked very rusty, he gave the ball away in his own half and then that shot, going for the spectacular. Not quite.”

Where does Largie Ramazani’s long-term Leeds future lie?

Well, Leeds are expected to complete a permanent deal for Solomon now promoted. It means Ramazani will remain the club’s fourth-choice winger, with The 49ers expected to heavily invest in the summer.

Indeed, Paraag Marathe wants six new signings including a winger. Whether that is Solomon or Solomon and another wide man remains to be seen but Premier League game time looks limited for Ramazani.

Spanish side Deportivo La Coruna are interested in Ramazani, and the Belgian winger will have to have a real think about his future at Leeds this summer if the club do go into the market and sign a new winger.
