Leeds United are being linked with a move for Ryan Kent but now, Nottingham Forest have tabled an offer to sign the winger on loan from Fenerbahce – with Kent struggling for game time in Turkey.
He ended his five-year stint at Rangers where he starred, mostly under the guidance of Steven Gerrard, in the summer by joining Fener. But, Kent has started just eight of Fener’s 24 games in all competitions.
TeamTalk say Leeds are keen on Kent, and he will cost £6m. Turkish site Miliyet said he is unhappy and ‘ready to leave’ his new side. On Thursday night, he started for Fener in their 6-1 loss to Nordsjaelland.
Now, a report from Turkish outlet Haber 7 reports that Forest have tabled a loan bid to sign the winger. A player that came through the academy at Liverpool and spent time on loan at Barnsley and Bristol City.
Leeds have been interested in the past, with TalkSPORT reporting Leeds saw a £10m bid rejected by the Ibrox club back in 2020. The new report says Fener are yet to give a response regarding the loan bid.

Kent would be a stunning signing for Championship clubs. Would he do it in the Premier League? That is yet to be seen. Forest may need additions out wide, but right now, Leeds are well-stocked on the flanks.
Willy Gnonto, Cree Summerville, Jaidon Anthony, Dan James and Ian Poveda are our options. But if say, Gnonto left Leeds in January – he could be a solid replacement. Poveda may feel he wants game time.
Anthony of course, is only on a dry loan at Leeds from Bournemouth. The need for width at Elland Road is not crucial right now, but it could become a requirement if one or two leave in the January window.
