Leeds United target Joel Piroe is ‘ready to renew’ his contract at Swansea City.
That is according to Tutto Mercato Web, who report a ‘renewal is on the way’ despite interest from Italy and a number of Championship clubs.
Piroe has just one year remaining on his current contract in South Wales but as the summer progresses, there are more and more reports he is set to stay.

According to Wales Online, Piroe is ready to snub interest from elsewhere this summer in the hope of moving on a free transfer next summer, however this latest report indicates he could instead secure his future at Swansea.
Piroe has become one of the most highly sought after strikers in the Championship after netting 41 goals across two seasons since his move from PSV in 2021.
Piroe ‘ready to renew’ deal amid Leeds interest
Leeds are among the sides who have been heavily linked with a move for Piroe this summer but are yet to make an official offer with Swansea demanding £15 million.
Daniel Farke is ‘actively’ in the market for a new striker before the end of the window and Piroe would provide him with that clinical edge in the final third that is currently lacking.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference on Thursday, Swansea boss Michael Duff insisted they are yet to receive any offers for Piroe as of yet.
If this latest report is correct, a new deal would almost certainly put an end to any speculation of a move this summer, and protect his value.
If Leeds are indeed keen on bringing him to Elland Road, it feels like they will have to get a move on.
