The summer promises to be an intriguing one for many still on Leeds United’s books with plenty of players likely to be the subject of interest, or simply will be told they can leave Elland Road.
Promotion to the Premier League still looks increasingly likely even if Sheffield United and Burnley both won on Saturday. Returning to the top tier would see Leeds and The 49ers invest heavily this summer.
But in doing so, The Whites would have to make room. Rasmus Kristensen is set to join Frankfurt on a permanent basis while Max Wober is expected to go. Graham Smyth expects Patrick Bamford to depart.
Another that is likely to be on the move in the coming months is Jack Harrison, despite having a contract at Elland Road until the summer of 2028. Harrison is on loan at Everton for a second successive season.
Jack Harrison finally ends goal drought in Everton colours

Leaving Leeds after five seasons at Elland Road, Harrison was one of eight players to use Victor Orta’s relegation clause in the summer of 2023. His clause remained active last summer and he rejoined Everton.
In his first season, Harrison had a hand in seven goals. But this term, he had failed to register a single goal or assist until Saturday evening’s 1-1 draw between Everton and Wolves, giving The Toffees the lead.
Harrison’s last goal came in a 2-2 draw between Everton and Tottenham almost 13 months ago. Fans at Everton had grown fed up of Harrison and David Moyes wanted more from Harrison – now, he has a goal.
Where does Harrison’s future lie; Leeds, Everton or another club?
Signing a contract that has three years left to run means Leeds are under no pressure to sell. But given he has been out on loan twice in two seasons, the chances are Leeds will look to cash in on winger Harrison.
MLS clubs have explored a potential move for Harrison, a player that grew up in The States and made his name alongside Frank Lampard, Andrea Pirlo and David Villa for MLS outfit New York City, before Leeds.
But Graeme Bailey has told LeedsUnited.News that he could return to the Leeds fold at the end of the season with Everton unlikely to sign him. Fulham showed interest in Harrison in the January window.
