Leeds United have enjoyed a week of celebration but they are yet to defeat Burnley in a tight Championship title race that will go to the final day of the season.
A gruelling, emotional campaign is nearly over and Leeds United can put a final cherry on top by claiming the Championship title on the final day.
Daniel Farke has already secured promotion back to the Premier League for the club, sparking wild celebrations in Leeds throughout the last week.
However, there was no sign of a hangover as the Whites returned to the field on Monday to destroy Bristol City 4-0.
Goals from Ao Tanaka and Willy Gnonto before a Largie Ramazani brace off the bench secured the three points to ensure the Championship title race with Burnley will go down to the wire.
Scott Parker’s side also booked their spot in next year’s Premier League on Easter Monday by beating Sheffield United and followed it up with a resounding 5-0 win against QPR.
Burnley briefly stole a march on Leeds as a result, but the teams are level pegging on points going into the final day of the campaign.
Here’s how the two sides’ last fixture compares.

Who Leeds United and Burnley face on the final day of the season
The Championship season will come to an end on Saturday, May 3, with all 12 fixtures getting underway at 12:30 pm.
Leeds’ longest away trip of the campaign has come on the final day as they will make the 606-mile round trip to face Plymouth Argyle.
The fixture initially always looked like a favourable one, given that the Green Army have struggled at the bottom of the Championship table all season, but they did make a late fight for survival with four wins in their last six games.
However, results elsewhere have gone against them and they are now all but relegated regardless of what happens on Saturday due to goal difference, making it a much easier game for Leeds.
Burnley, meanwhile, face Millwall at home. The Lions are already a much tougher team to face than Plymouth and even more so as they still have something to play for.
Millwall could still sneak into the Play-offs on the final day if they better the results of Coventry City or Bristol City. Meaning they will be fighting hard against Burnley, no doubt about it.

What Leeds United need to do to win the Championship title
The task is simple for Leeds on the concluding day of another gripping Championship season. Win and they will be crowned champions.
Leeds and Burnley could both finish the season on 100 points if they win their fixtures but Leeds’ vastly superior goal difference means they would almost certainly win the title in such an event.
Likewise, if both teams draw but should Burnley win and Leeds fail to do so, then they will have to conduct Monday’s open-top bus promotion parade without the trophy in their possession.
