Daniel Farke has no fresh injury concerns for Leeds United’s clash with Rotherham United tomorrow.
The Whites were without Pascal Struijk, Dan James, Karl Darlow, Jamie Shackleton and Connor Roberts for Tuesday night’s FA Cup win at Plymouth Argyle after extra-time.
Despite the intense nature of the fixture, Leeds‘ squad appears to have come through unscathed and so Farke will actually be boosted the availability of at least one of those five players.
With Leeds only completing the signing of Roberts late on deadline day, he was unavailable for both of the last two matches but is finally in contention to make his debut tomorrow.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Farke says Roberts has only had one full training session with the group due to the schedule, but is in good condition and available for selection.
Farke confirms Roberts availability
He said: “This afternoon will be the second session we’re all together as a group. What helps is his experience, he knows this league inside out. His behaviour has been top class, he also looks physically fit.
“We also work with him not to overload him but a bit of information in several topics. Under these circumstances he looks decent and is available for tomorrow.”

Roberts’ availability will be a huge boost to Leeds and provides Farke with plenty of options across the pitch now, particularly in midfield and defence.
The 28-year-old is already familiar with a number of members of the squad and also travelled down to Plymouth with the rest of the squad despite being unavailable, which is a good sign.
At this stage it is unclear whether he will be in from the start straight away but with such an intense period of fixtures coming up over the next month, he will get plenty of starts.
