Georginio Rutter came off the bench to help spark a 4-1 win over Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday night with the Frenchman scoring one and creating another – and he celebrated with Connor Roberts.
Roberts, 28, travelled south with the Leeds squad despite being ineligible to play for Daniel Farke’s side in The FA Cup – and even took part in the warm-up. A clear sign, his attitude is incredibly impressive.
The 54-time Wales star watched on as Leeds finally secured a place in the fifth round. Rutter came off the bench to take his tally of goals to six, and his assists into double figures – with one of each last night.
The same, for Cree Summerville – while Willy Gnonto got his second in two games. A Ryan Hardie own goal secured the 4-1 win after Brendan Galloway’s equaliser. Roberts will have certainly been impressed.
Rutter’s tunnel videos on Twitter have become a bit of a regular occurrence after the full-time whistle when Leeds win, and last night was no different – celebrating with Roberts in the tunnel as he walked in.

Come Saturday, the two could share the pitch for the first time as Leeds play host to Rotherham United at Elland Road. The first time Roberts will become eligible, after missing Bristol City last Friday as well.
Hopefully, the two will be celebrating another win in the tunnel after full-time as Leeds look to keep the heat on Southampton and Leicester, who remain in the top two places. The FA Cup run continues, too.
Leeds will take on either Aston Villa or Chelsea in the next round, depending on tonight’s result between the two Premier League outfits. Club-record signing Rutter is unfazed who we take on in the fifth round.
