One of the latest names to be linked with a move is young Chelsea defender Bashir Humphreys, who could be available on a loan deal.

The centre-back started off in the Reading academy before moving to Stamford Bridge, where he has moved through the development ranks.
A loan at SC Paderborn came in the second half of the 2022/23 season, making 13 appearances for the Bundesliga outfit.
He then returned to west London before being given another six-month loan spell at Swansea last season.
Humphreys played 26 times for the Swans, becoming a guaranteed starter for the side.

While Leeds were linked with a move for Chelsea youngster Alfie Gilchrist, his loan to Sheffield United means that targets have changed.
With that in mind, The Daily Mail claims (11/08, p86) that both Leeds and Burnley have tabled offers to sign Bashir Humphreys on loan for the campaign.
It remains to be seen how Chelsea will respond to these offers, with the defender looking to gain valuable first-team experience.
