Daniel Farke will be searching far and wide around the world to find some intriguing talents to join Leeds United in the summer.

The 49ers and Farke seemingly have a plan ready to go ahead of the transfer market.

Angus Kinnear’s future looks decided, so Leeds are looking at Sporting Director Samir Arabi who can help with transfers around Europe.

A name that has emerged is Bright Osayi-Samuel, who Leeds want as the Whites hierarchy has looked into talent over in Turkey.

Well, a new name has crept up on the radar, as Premier League clubs are circling to land him, and Leeds have also staked their claim.

Leeds United and Manchester City are keen on Pavel Sulc transfer

His name is probably unknown around England, but the 24-year-old Czech midfielder has proven to be a hit in his home country.

Sulc plays his football for Europa League side Viktoria Plzen, as he’s faced the likes of Manchester United this season.

Leeds are looking set to rival the other half of Manchester, as Pep Guardiola’s side are among the clubs interested in securing Sulc’s services.

According to the Czech outlet, Efotbal.cz, Aston Villa, Tottenham, and Leeds have all shown an interest in the Viktoria Plzen midfielder but are yet to make any offers for him.

Villa and Spurs have ‘enquired’ about a potential transfer, while City have also sent scouts.

His performances have ‘caught the attention’ of scouts at Leeds, but they decided not to enter into negotiations for the time being.

Leeds target Sulc decides to base his game off Wayne Rooney

If you asked the Whites faithful, they had the chance to land a ‘Wayne Rooney‘ like player, they’d be dreaming.

Well, Sulc decides to base his game on the England legend over in the Czech Republic.

Rooney labelled Leeds ‘historic’ earlier this season as Sulc might have taken an interest in the former Plymouth Argyle boss’ comments.

As mentioned before, Plzen faced Man United this season and the midfielder made his admiration clear for Rooney in the pre-match press conference.

“I used to really admire Wayne Rooney,” Sulc said.

“I admire Wayne’s style, and he always tries to put his all in the match. I kind of try to channel his energy too, so that’s my inspiration.”

His ability to replicate Rooney’s game paid off against United, grabbing the assist for Plzen’s goal in a 2-1 defeat.

With big name clubs already keen on Sulc, Leeds’ scouts may want to act a bit quicker, as the Czech midfielder could be exactly what Farke is after.
