Leeds United are set to kick off their transfer proceedings very soon as more exciting targets are appearing on Daniel Farke’s radar.

It’s set to be a summer of intrigue and excitement for Leeds fans who can’t wait to see the 49ers’ transfer strategy.

News has already come out of clear ambition from the ownership with £150m to spend for Farke.

This has already brought strong candidates to the table of who could sign as Gustavo Hamer is a top target.

Well, along with the Dutchman, the 49ers are eyeing up a Premier League target who could make all the difference.

Leeds United are ‘one to watch’ in race for Yves Bissouma

With Premier League targets wanted by Leeds, it’s the right direction to take by all accounts.

What more could be wanted than having players who know the league in a relegation battle, as Farke could be hitting the nail on the head this summer.

A player like Yves Bissouma would fit Leeds’ project to a tee, and that’s exactly what GIVEMESPORT are reporting.

This is courtesy of Ben Jacobs, who has spoken on Leeds wanting Bissouma this summer as Farke looks to pinch the Tottenham star.

“He wants to stay in the Premier League. I’m told Leeds are another one to watch,” Jacobs said.

“They’re looking to add another midfielder. It will all come down to finances and wages for them too.”

Bissouma struggled under former Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa

The 28-year-old has been in and out of Ange Postecoglou’s plan but has still played a major role this season.

Specifically, the Europa League campaign, as the Mail International paved the way for Spurs to secure their first trophy in 17 years in a triumph over Man United.

But Leeds fans may want to know that Bissouma struggled under the stewardship of Marcelo Bielsa, which, as Whites fans know, is hard to believe.

This is true however, as before the midfielder completed his £25m switch to Spurs from Brighton, Bissouma and Bielsa didn’t get on during their tenure at Lille, as the Argentine chose to play him at right-back.

Despite this, Bissouma found it hard not to have respect for the Leeds hero, and fans will be hoping they can secure the Tottenham star’s signature this summer.
