Leeds United are closing in on the signing of Largie Ramazani from Almeria but a pundit has claimed that another winger on the Elland Road radar is the “perfect” replacement for Crysencio Summerville.
Summerville, 22, left Leeds for an initial £25m fee earlier this month to join West Ham. Leeds now look set to replace the Dutchman with Belgium U21 man Ramazani for a fee of £10m from relegated Almeria.
Ramazani has arrived in England and will put pen to paper on a four-year deal at Leeds shortly. The left-sided winger is seen as a replacement for Summerville, with Daniel Farke keen on more additions after.
Indeed, the club are short in options in the final third and Ramazani is unlikely to be the final signing made in that area by Leeds before the August 10 deadline. Another linked, is Sunderland’s Jack Clarke.

Sam Parkin thinks Jack Clarke is perfect Summerville replacement
Clarke, 23, is considered one of the best wingers outside of the Premier League after he scored 15 goals in the Championship last season. A Thorp Arch academy product, moulded by Leeds icon Marcelo Bielsa.
Graeme Bailey has told LeedsUnited.News that The 49ers are indeed interested in a move to bring Clarke back to Leeds, with Clarke keen on a return. However, Leeds have been quoted a fee of £20m for Clarke.
Now, Football League legend Sam Parkin has told the What The EFL?! podcast that he believes Clarke is the perfect replacement for Summerville and not Ramazani, with the latter set to replace Summerville.
“Clarke is a player they’re talking about, and he would be perfect as a Summerville replacement. They’ve got money to spend, I’m sure the squad will look a hell of a lot different in a couple of weeks’ time.”

Ipswich steal march on Leeds in race to sign Sunderland’s Clarke
If Leeds are interested in signing Clarke, then they will have to get their skates on. That is because Premier League side Ipswich are on the scene, and looking to reunite Clarke with Kalvin Phillips and Leif Davis.
Having already signed Phillips on loan from Man City, Ipswich have made a bid of £15m plus add-ons for Clarke according to Sky Sports reporter Keith Downie. Sunderland are currently considering the offer.
If Leeds are interested in adding Clarke with Ramazani about to sign, then they must move fast. But it does look as if Ramazani will be the man Leeds turn to as a replacement for Summerville, not Clarke.
