Leeds United are closing in on their fifth summer signing in the form of Largie Ramazani but are set to miss out on the addition of another, in the form of a Wales international.
Ramazani, 23, is set complete a £10m move to Leeds. The Belgium U21 winger is said to have landed in England ahead of a medical as The Whites finally land a fifth signing and replace Crysencio Summerville.
Leeds are expected to be busy in the coming days with only eight days left before the window slams shut on August 30. The Whites are likely to be in the market for another attacking addition after Ramazani.
The likes of Jack Clarke, Manor Solomon, Roland Szalai and other attacking players have been linked, as has Rangers’ Wales international Rabbi Matondo. The £2.5m winger is said to have been on Leeds’ radar.

Leeds set to miss out on Rangers ace Rabbi Matondo
Matondo has spent the last two years at Rangers after joining the club from Schalke and has since had a hand in 16 goals in 63 games for the Scottish side, known for being faster than Usain Bolt over 20 metres.
However, with Ramazani signed and both Dan James and Wilfried Gnonto still at the club, Matondo is only likely to be sen by Leeds as a fringe player, cover for the likes of James, Gnonto and Ramazani.
But, Leeds are now set to miss out Matondo. The Mail claim that despite being a target at Elland Road, the former Manchester City academy star is set for a move to Championship rivals Blackburn Rovers.

Leeds still need wingers and Matondo would have been solid
The issue Leeds have is that James and Gnonto are easily good enough to start for Daniel Farke’s side and will expect to. Brenden Aaronson is top-level cover out wide and could be pushing to start as a no.10.
Ramazani comes in as a player that wielded his quality in La Liga last season and will push both Gnonto and James for a starting spot. Matondo is not the kind of quality of the four aforementioned players.
But, signing another player of the quality of Gnonto, James, Aaronson or Ramazani will cause friction. It will cause players to get frustrated and Leeds need players happy providing cover, a player like Matondo.
