The transfer window officially opens tomorrow, with Leeds United yet to sign any players for their Premier League campaign.
Additions are needed all over the pitch for Leeds United, and Daniel Farke and the 49ers are undoubtedly holding discussions all the time about their next steps in the Premier League.
Brenden Aaronson has perhaps been the most disappointing regular outfield player in their Championship season, and ensuring they have a top quality attacking midfielder is paramount.
One player that has been linked with a move recently is Jack Rudoni, with the Coventry City midfielder enjoying a fantastic campaign in his first season at the CBS Arena.

Jack Rudoni settled and happy at Coventry under Frank Lampard
Rudoni has been likened to Frank Lampard, which is apt. The 23-year-old may have played for the likes of AFC Wimbledon and Huddersfield Town but he is a boyhood Chelsea fan.
The main thing is that Rudoni is a huge upgrade on Aaronson, at least in terms of his overall skill-set as a playmaker and goal threat in attack.
It was a year ago when Rudoni joined Cov for £5 million, but he will be worth far more to any potential suitors in the summer transfer window after his stellar season.
It ended in play-off disappointment in the 122nd minute of their semi-final exit at the Stadium of Light to eventual winners Sunderland, but Rudoni appears to be settled.
Mantej Mann of BBC Sport has revealed Rudoni has Premier League ambitions but he is reportedly happy at the CBS and enjoying working under Lampard, his boyhood hero.

Jack Rudoni’s career stats, goals, assists so far amid interest from Leeds United
It could be argued that a top flight move is too soon for Rudoni, with this being the first season of his career where he has truly shone.
He is also a left-footed set-piece taker, while also being strong in the air himself. Rudoni is a unique profile of central or attacking midfielder in many ways.
| Team/Season | League | Appearances | Goals | Assists |
| AFC Wimbledon – 2019/20 | League One | 13 | 0 | 1 |
| AFC Wimbledon – 2020/21 | League One | 44 | 5 | 3 |
| AFC Wimbledon – 2021/22 | League One | 49 | 12 | 7 |
| Huddersfield Town – 2022/23 | Championship | 48 | 2 | 5 |
| Huddersfield Town – 2023/24 | Championship | 36 | 5 | 3 |
| Coventry City – 2024/25 | Championship | 50 | 10 | 13 |
Perhaps more development is needed, but he ticks plenty of boxes as a physical profile. His ability to crash the box while also acting as a playmaker to connect the attack, is very impressive.
Leeds need to move the needle in terms of their attacking midfield addition, and it could be argued that Rudoni does not do that. However, he could be a sensible signing at the right price.
