Amid ongoing links to Leeds United, Dilane Bakwa has announced that he has left Strasbourg.
Leeds United look poised to do some last-minute business in the transfer window, and manager Daniel Farke looks as though he’s keen to sign some attackers with the likes of Facundo Buonanotte linked.
It is reported that Leeds United are trying to do a loan deal for Buonanotte at Brighton, though Leeds face competition in the race to sign the Argentine, likewise in the race for Dilane Bakwa.
Leeds United and Nottingham Forest are interested in Bakwa, though the latter have already seen some bids rejected. The most recent reports state that Forest have seen a £30m bid rejected for Bakwa, who has now announced his departure from Strasbourg.

Dilane Bakwa tells teammates he’s leaving amid Leeds United links
An interesting report has emerged in France stating that Bakwa has revealed he is leaving Strasbourg. ALSA Sports report news that after Strasbourg qualified in the Europa Conference League after beating Brondby on Thursday night, Bakwa said on teammate Kendry Paez’s Instagram live: “It was my last game guys, thank you all!”
Though no official confirmation, Bakwa’s comments certainly seem to suggest that a move is in the pipeline, whether that be through Leeds United, Nottingham Forest, or any other team in Europe remains to be seen. But it certainly seems as though Bakwa is now on the verge of something official having stated to his team-mates that he is now set to leave the club.
