Leeds United manager Daniel Farke spoke to the press on Thursday afternoon, ahead of the upcoming Premier League match against Newcastle United.
Leeds United play Newcastle United at Elland Road on Saturday, and it’s a perfect chance for Leeds to bounce back from what have been two disappointing results in their last two games.
Leeds United were thumped 5-0 by Arsenal before then losing against Sheffield Wednesday in the Carabao Cup in midweek.
Newcastle meanwhile have endured their own problems both on and off the field this summer, with Eddie Howe’s side having taken just one point from their opening two Premier League games.

Daniel Farke makes Brenden Aaronson and Jack Harrison claim at Leeds United
The summer transfer window shuts on September 1st, and it looks as though Daniel Farke may want to sign one or two more players. But the German isn’t expecting any more players to leave the club, other than Largie Ramazani.
Ramazani is expected to join Valencia on loan, but speaking on Thursday, Farke instead suggested that fellow attackers Brenden Aaronson and Jack Harrison are just as important to the group; a comment which riled several Leeds United supporters on social media.

Leeds United fans fume at Daniel Farke
In response to what Leeds United fans described as Farke’s ‘stupid remark’, there was a lot of concern about why Farke thinks Harrison and Aaronson are important players, with the two having really split opinion among Leeds fans in the past.
One Leeds United supporter wrote: “This comment alone is enough, the pair of them are about as much use as a chocolate tea pot.”
Meanwhile another similar comment read: “In what world does Aaronson or Harrison offer more competition than Ramazani?” as this Leeds United fan added: “Farke is clueless the pair of them are rubbish players.”
This Leeds United supporter also weighed in, posting on X: “He’s talking absolute garbage.”
Leeds United’s game against Newcastle United kicks off at 5.30pm on Saturday.
