Leeds United have hit a slight standstill after continuous signings in the transfer market.
After four new arrivals, fans are still not overly convinced by the 49ers’ work so far.
It does show their efficient workings as Leeds are tightening on the areas that are needed, but a goalkeeper and striker are still concerns.
Adding to this, Leeds have threatened to walk from Sean Longstaff after seeing a third bid rejected, with it being said that the midfielder would become Daniel Farke’s fifth addition this summer.
Although the 49ers’ movements have come to a halt, there are movements elsewhere that are relevant for Leeds.

Major update on former Leeds United star Charlie Cresswell
With Charlie Cresswell proving to be an academy graduate that got away, Leeds fans couldn’t believe they sold Cresswell.
This comes after the 22-year-old’s impressive performances for Toulouse in Ligue 1 since his £3.8m move from Elland Road.
Adding to this, Cresswell was a key component of Lee Carsley’s England U21 side that recently won the Euros in Slovenia.
These displays are surely going to attract clubs for his signature, as West Ham are interested in Cresswell.
However, it appears that the Irons aren’t the only ones, as Fabrizio Romano claims the centre-back is free to leave.
Premier League and Serie A clubs have started ‘moving’ for Cresswell, as talks are set to begin.

Leeds set for transfer windfall if Cresswell makes big move
It’s safe to say the whole situation in selling the young centre-back was a mistake.
The defender proved this with his performances in Ligue 1, as the 6’3 stalwart emerged as one of the league’s best last campaign.
| Cresswell’s statistics for Toulouse in Ligue 1 | |
| Games played | 31 |
| Goals | 3 |
| Tackles won % | 65.7% |
| Aerial duels won per 90 | 3.44 |
| Duels won | 151 |
This explains why so many clubs seem interested in the 22-year-old, as Sunderland also want Cresswell.
It’s previously been said that Toulouse want £18m for Cresswell, but with the large interest that fee could be heightened.
With this considered, Leeds have a 15% sell-on clause for Cresswell, meaning if the £18m transfer comes to fruition, the 49ers will be due £2.7m.
Of course, Leeds would rather still have the centre-back in their ranks, and this has proven to be a nightmare decision from the owners.
