Leeds United’s Premier League fixtures for 2025/26 are out and excitement is starting to build ahead of their first game back after two years in the Championship.
Of course, every team plays one another twice, but gaining momentum and rhythm through easier runs of games is paramount for a newly-promoted club like Leeds United.
The Whites have Everton in front of the Sky Sports cameras for their opening game, which has been selected for Monday Night Football as well.
Leeds welcome Everton to Elland Road in what is bound to be an incredible atmosphere for a potentially huge game already, and Leeds’ last five Premier League opening day games have been a mixed bag, too.

Leeds’ hardest run of Premier League fixtures
It will be difficult for Leeds to survive Premier League relegation as it is and Leeds fans believe December is the hardest month of their season.
However, the difficult run actually begins earlier than that. Phil Hay of The Athletic said as much just minutes prior to the announcement of Leeds’ fixtures.
November is when the run begins for Leeds. Following West Ham United at Elland Road at the end of October, Leeds then face Brighton away and it doesn’t get much easier.
- Brighton & Hove Albion (A) – Saturday 1st November
- Nottingham Forest (A) – Saturday 8th November
- Aston Villa (H) – Saturday 22nd November
- Manchester City (A) – Saturday 29th November
- Chelsea (H) – Wednesday 3rd December
- Liverpool (H) – Saturday 6th December
It eases off after Liverpool at Elland Road, with Brentford, Crystal Palace, and Sunderland in the next three. However, Leeds have a run of Man City, Chelsea, and Liverpool in one week at the end of November and start of December.
Each one of those six games comes against a team who finished in the top eight of the Premier League table in 2024/25, though.
That won’t be the season-defining period for Daniel Farke’s men, and Leeds have more important fixtures in mind against bigger rivals and teams likely to be in the relegation mix.
The other block of particularly tough games starts with Arsenal (H) on the last day of January and ends with Man City (H) on the last game of February. In between they face Forest (H), Chelsea (A), and Villa (A).
Following that, Leeds’ run-in from March onwards looks much easier to navigate.

When Leeds will face Crysencio Summerville, Archie Gray and more
Another interesting set of fixtures for Leeds is when they will come up against former players Archie Gray and Georginio Rutter, which has now been set in stone.
Leeds have learnt the key dates for Rutter and Gray while Crysencio Summerville will reunite with Leeds in West Yorkshire in late October and on matchday 38 in London.
Kalvin Phillips will face Leeds in late February and late November if he remains at Man City, while Lewis Cook, Tyler Adams, and Luis Sinisterra could play Leeds on Saturday 27th September at Elland Road or on April 25th on the south coast.
