Wilfired Gnonto may want answers as to why his game time at Leeds United has plummeted.
Gnonto is supposedly one of Leeds’ top attackers, but he has hardly seen the field of play in recent months with the Whites.
Daniel Farke has got an array of options in his attacking set-up, so it won’t be easy to make a decision of who is playing and who isn’t.
Farke has criticized Gnonto’s end product, which gives reason as to why he isn’t racking up his usual amount of minutes like last campaign’s 39 appearances.
But how the Italian winger has reacted to not playing has spoken volumes to the Leeds boss.

Wilfried Gnonto’s reaction to limited minutes at Leeds United
Manor Solomon and Dan James have taken up the spots on either side of the Leeds lineup as Gnonto has a lot to prove.
This is alongside Largie Ramazani, who finds himself in the same situation as the Italian.
It’s still been a positive season for the 21-year-old who has improved in some aspects, as Josuha Guilavogui has helped Gnonto despite both players not seeing their place in the lineup much.
Well, Farke has tapped into why Gnonto hasn’t been starting but has also learnt a lot by the Italian’s reaction to his limited minutes, as he spoke in the Portsmouth pre-match press conference.
“I can’t keep them happy because each player is only happy when they are playing. But I have mentioned I am not here to win the Nobel Peace Prize,” Farke said.
“We are not robots. I know how desperate the players are to help the team, but what I love about my group is that sometimes the players on the bench celebrate even more than the players on the pitch.
“They are not thinking just about themselves, they are thinking about the group, players like Willy. There comes a moment, and then there is the chance to use that. The spirit and vibe in this group is second to none.”

Gnonto should start for Leeds against Portsmouth on Sunday
It’s all well and good that Farke is happy with how Gnonto has handled this situation, but despite how it looks, the 21-year-old will be dying for some game time.
Solomon and James have been in the starting lineup for the last 11 Championship games, which is an alarming statistic for Gnonto and Ramazani.
This doesn’t look good on Farke, as Ramazani has played 97 minutes from those 11, and Gnonto’s isn’t much better with 113 accumulated.
Surely Gnonto will be in for a start on Sunday against Portsmouth, as his morale could dip and interest in the winger could emerge once more come the summer transfer window.
