Nadiem Amiri has been spotted back in training at Bayer Leverkusen after the collapse of his move to Leeds United.
Sky in Germany reporter Marlon Irlbacher shared a video on Twitter of Amiri along with the rest of the Leverkusen first team squad in training this morning.
Irlbacher was the first to break the news of Amiri’s latest change of heart late last night after travelling to Leeds on Monday for face-to-face talks.

It had looked as though Amiri would be making the switch to Elland Road after initially rejecting it at the end of last week, but Leeds’ hopes now appear all but over.
That said, Phil Hay did not completely rule out a move for Amiri in an update on the Athletic this morning, but his decision not to sign could be a clear indication he will not be joining the club.
Amiri spotted back in training after collapse of Leeds move
At this stage of the window, it would probably be wise for Leeds to now move on given how many times he has reversed his decision.
Clearly Amiri has never been sure a move to Leeds is right for him and after this summer’s uncertainty, if he isn’t fully committed then, perhaps, it is a blessing in disguise.
That said, it is disappointing to see how much effort Leeds and in particular Daniel Farke have put into the deal to ultimately come out empty handed, but hopefully they have alternative targets lined up.
Leeds’ squad is in desperate need of a number 10 and Amiri would’ve been perfect for the role, which does make his latest decision all the more disappointing.
There are now just over three days left in the window and Leeds have plenty of work to do to land each of their targets.
