Leeds United have already revealed their home shirt for the 2025/26 Premier League season, but their away kit has not had an official announcement.
A tribute to the Lowfields Road tunnel near Elland Road, Leeds United’s 2025/26 kit features a trim on the collar and shirt sleeve with the same pattern.
Leeds will continue to have Red Bull as their sponsor and Adidas as their kit manufacturer next year, but many fans aren’t happy with the Leeds home shirt and expect more from the away strip to follow.
The Leeds shirt release didn’t go down well with fans after the Leeds kit leaks were not met with positive reception prior to the official reveal as well. However, it appears that the away is now also out there as a leak.

Leeds supporters believe 2025/26’s away strip could beat the 2024/25 yellow smiley
The Leeds home shirt from 2024/25 was not as well-liked as the away strip. The yellow with the ‘LUFC smiley badge’ was a huge hit, selling out at various points over the last year.
It appears as though the thought process has been the same this term, with Leeds opting to go all out on a high-quality away strip, with blue the colour of choice this time around.
One of Leeds’ best-ever and most famous kits is their away strip from 2001-2003, with the blue Strongbow shirt still frequently seen at games.
The primary Leeds colours are white, blue, and yellow, so it’s easy to see why these kits are popular and sell so well, and the latest leaks appear to show a distinct similarity to that famous shirt.
One fan said: “At least we’ll look unreal in 19th place.” While another shared the same sentiment: “Going to be the best looking relegated team in history if this is true, sensational.”
A further response read: “Right. That’s better than any signing we could make this window. We could be back.”
Another Leeds fan added: “Incredible 🤩 the blue strongbow has always been one of my favourite kits.”
Others claimed that they will purchase multiple, stating: “Fantastic, I’ll take 8.”
A final response said: “You know how the yellow shirt last season sold 5,000 on the first day and was the biggest seller of all time? This is going to smash that record, it’s a thing of pure, unadulterated beauty #LUFC”

The best Leeds United kits of the last 25 years (ranked)
Leeds have had some incredible kits since the turn of the century, but we have had a look at some of those and how they might rank.
Last season’s 24/25 away shirt is right up there, as is the home shirt from Leeds’ first season back in the Premier League after 16 years away in 20/21. Many kits have sentimental value attached based on the performances of that season, though.
| Rank | Kit | Manufacturer |
| 1= | 00/01 Away | Nike |
|---|---|---|
| 1= | 01-03 Away | Nike |
| 3 | 01/02 Home | Nike |
| 4 | 20/21 Third | Adidas |
| 5 | 19/20 Home (centenary) | Kappa |
However, the biggest hitters in recent memory include the centenary home shirt of 19/20 via Kappa, the 01/02 home Nike shirt, and the 20/21 third strip from Adidas.
The joint-winners are the 00/01 Nike away shirt, which was yellow and reminds many fans of the UEFA Champions League nights under the lights.
However, we have that tied with the away kit that followed it: the aforementioned Strongbow and Nike blue strip from 2001-03. The latest invokes those memories and pulls on those heartstrings.
