‘Hope this is fake’… Leeds United fans in disbelief at potential home kit for 2025/26 season

As preparation for the 2025/26 campaign is firmly underway, Leeds United will be having behind-the-scenes talks.

This will obviously revolve around transfers, but also how the squad will look in the new kit for next season.

Fans will be eager to see the new strip at Elland Road back in the Premier League as the 49ers hope to complete a £150m masterplan.

But to have a nice kit will complete the feeling of Leeds being back in the top flight, and one factor could stand out.

Simon Rix said RedBull won’t feature on the kit, but fans have spotted something which might suggest otherwise.

Leeds United fans are in disbelief at potential new home kit

Daniel Farke will be hoping he can give the fans what they deserve of consistent seasons in the Premier League.

The 49ers definitely won’t want the club to fall into the trap of becoming a yo-yo club, as the signs are already beginning to appear.

Many think Leeds will be relegated, but the judgment should be made at the end of the window, with the owners seemingly looking ambitious.

Well, if a relegation battle is due to take place, the least that could be done is the production of a good kit, but after a recent leak from @LUFC_BULL on X, the Whites faithful aren’t liking what they’re seeing.

@yabba91 SAID: “Horrendous. Not a chance this is the ‘one’.”

@kennybrown1964 suggested: “Looks classless.”

@mikeykey6454 is not happy with the kit, saying: “Looks horrific.”

“That will more than likely be it.. plain as anything,” @Adam_Kennedy93 claimed.

@wellhyper is praying this isn’t true, saying: “Jesus, hope this is fake.”

“If that’s it I’ll be waiting for the away shirt,” @LeeScott321 said.

Leeds fans might have more luck with 25/26 away shirt

It would be a real shame if the owners came up with a kit like this for a return to the Premier League.

With Leeds’ well-paid Adidas deal, fans will be expecting more from the brand, as it seems not much effort has been put in.

The addition of the Lowfields Tunnel is a nice touch, but other than that, you can see many similarities with the 24/25 shirt.

Thankfully, Leeds fans love the away shirt, which is set to be a blue and yellow number with the Red Bull logo embedded in, instead of its traditional colours, which seems to be a problem for fans with the home shirt.

But the home kit is what really matters, and it’s disappointing for fans, to say the least.
