Leeds United are quickly back in action on Tuesday night when they welcome Watford to Elland Road just four days after beating promotion rivals Sheffield United last Friday.
The 2-0 win over Sheffield United has taken Leeds to third in the Championship table, three points behind leaders Sunderland. The Black Cats regained top spot in England’s second tier with a 1-0 win over Hull.
Given some Leeds players were involved during the international break and then thrusted into the side to face Sheffield United, Farke may need to rest a couple of his key players at Elland Road on Tuesday night.
Leeds will certainly be without Ethan Ampadu, Ilia Gruev and Max Wober and that means the defence is likely to remain the same, while Farke will be forced to start with Joe Rothwell and Ao Tanaka in midfield.

Daniel Farke needs to recall Mateo Joseph to Leeds starting XI
So Illan Meslier, Jayden Bogle, Joe Rodon, Pascal Struijk, Junior Firpo, Rothwell and Tanaka are all likely to remain in the starting XI on Tuesday night. But there are changes that could be made in the front four.
Following his goal on Friday, Mateo Joseph deserves to be in the line-up. Tony Dorigo said that Joseph’s performances have deserved more goals and he scored his second of the season against Sheffield United.
Brenden Aaronson is likely to need a rest after the £25m man played 93 minutes against Mexico in the early hours of Wednesday, and then 68 minutes on Friday. A possible start for Joseph, Joel Piroe in the 10.

Manor Solomon has to be a no-brainer at this level for Leeds
Having returned from a back injury, Manor Solomon must start if he is fit. The on-loan Tottenham man has the ability to be one of the best players in the Championship and if available, Solomon must start.
Indeed, before Friday’s game Michael Bridges said he could not believe Solomon wasn’t starting, after watching Solomon in training. So, the former Shakhtar Donetsk and Fulham ace has got to be included.
Wilfried Gnonto could be a doubt after his shoulder knock, so Solomon could come in. But if the Italian is okay, it should be Gnonto and Solomon on the wings and £10m star Largie Ramazani may be dropped.
