Leeds United loanee Sam Greenwood is attracting interest from a host of clubs including West Ham United and Southampton.
Greenwood is currently on a season-long-loan move at Middlesbrough and his fine form since moving to the Riverside has won him admirers from both Premier League and Championship clubs.
Boro are said to have an option-to-buy of around £1.5 million for the 21-year-old, but according to TeamTalk, they will only be able to activate it if they win promotion.
It is also said that on top of West Ham and Southampton, Leicester City, Fulham and Brentford are also keeping an eye on his situation ahead of a potential move.
Boro boss Michael Carrick has previously refused to rule out a potential permanent deal for Greenwood, but it would now appear it could be a difficult deal to do.
Farke’s Greenwood comments proven right
Speaking in his pre-match press conference ahead of Leeds’ match with Middlesbrough, Daniel Farke addressed Greenwood’s current situation out on loan.
Farke spoke of how pleased he was that Greenwood would not be eligible to play today, but also claimed that his time at Boro is going exactly to plan.

He believes that loan moves can go one of two ways. One is by increasing a players value to then be ready to sell for profit, with the other returning to the club ready for first team action.
It would appear that in this case the former is coming true, particularly if Boro are unable to activate the reported permanent option they have in their deal.
Due to the vast amount of clubs interested in Greenwood, Leeds would be able to drive his asking price up and ask for a fee more telling of his contributions to Boro this season.
