Everton have now made a ‘concrete move’ to sign Leeds United attacker Wilfried Gnonto.
That is according to Gazzetta Dello Sport, who also report surprise Bundesliga side Freiberg have also made an approach for Gnonto, who could command a fee of between £13m and £17 million.
Everton have been the side most heavily linked with a move for Gnonto this summer as they look to add to their attacking options, with Demarai Gray and Alex Iwobi potentially on their way out.

Gnonto is one of several Leeds attackers mentioned as potential targets for the Toffees, with Jack Harrison, Crysencio Summerville and Rodrigo also said to be on their list.
Despite that, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Leeds have not received any interest in Gnonto as of yet, contrasting with the reports from his native homeland.
Everton make concrete move for Leeds’ Gnonto
Gnonto’s agent Claudio Vigorelli spoke on the future of the 19-year-old earlier this week and hinted his client would like to continue at the top level after Leeds’ relegation.
However, Leeds should be in a strong position to keep him on paper with Gnonto still having four years left on his deal, which doesn’t appear to include a release clause.

The £13 million – £17 million asking price reported by Gazzetta appears to be incredibly low based on the season Gnonto has just had, and the reputation he has built.
Leeds should be commanding in excess of £30 million for their talented attacker, particularly when you consider what fellow relegated sides Southampton and Leicester City are asking for their players.
Gnonto is among the players San Francisco 49ers Enterprises are keen to keep this summer and they need to make sure they show that in the asking price they quote clubs.
