Now, with the race blown wide open, former Leeds and Blades player Michael Brown has issued a new prediction for who will gain promotion.

Now speaking to Sky Sports, Brown has decided on a new verdict regarding the promotion scene after Leeds failed to secure a win at QPR.
“I fancy Leeds all the way!” Brown said.
“Give them credit for the recovery (vs QPR).
“Obviously Sheffield United and Burnley are always looking in. I think we’ve come to the point where the three managers involved have been there and done it.”

With it seemingly looking like any of the top three can achieve promotion, Leeds’ dropped points spells trouble for Farke.

Well, despite Leeds’ success this season, it is now one win in four games and former player Stuart Dallas believes Sheffield deserve more credit for their performances compared to Leeds.
Speaking before Leeds’ draw, Dallas said to Sky: “I think Sheffield United deserve a little bit more credit than they are getting.
“I think they have gone under the radar. With the points deduction, they are joint top of the league.
“Yes, they win games in different ways and are not as easy on the eye as Leeds, but I think they deserve a little bit more credit than they have actually got.”
