The footballing world has been full of praise for Leeds United after Daniel Farke delivered automatic promotion on Easter Monday, with a 6-0 win over Stoke City at Elland Road.
Burnley’s subsequent 2-1 win over Sheffield United confirmed Leeds and Scott Parker’s side would be promoted to the Premier League. There are still two games to go, but Leeds have secured promotion.
The day ended with Leeds players partying, Largie Ramazani bringing the vibes, Patrick Bamford singing songs about Chris Wilder and Willy Gnonto scoring goals on the Elland Road pitch with the lights off.
Since then, the footballing world has praised Leeds for getting the job done. Daniel Farke’s position as manager might be under scrutiny from The 49ers, but Micah Richards praised a transfer he orchestrated.

Micah Richards hails Leeds United’s signing of Jayden Bogle
While there are doubts over Farke’s future, one thing that can be praised of the German is his work in the transfer window. The £5m signing of Jayden Bogle started badly, but he’s proved to be one of his best.
Bogle got an assist on Monday during the 6-0 win, taking him to 10 goals and assists from right-back. A quite incredible season from the former Sheffield United man, who was dancing to songs about Wilder.
On The Rest Is Football, Richards praised the signing of Bogle: “A massive signing for Leeds has been the full-back, Bogle. He has been sensational. Defensively, starting attacks, scoring goals. A great season.”
How Bogle’s numbers compare to the rest of the Leeds squad
Any normal season would have seen Bogle produce more goals and assists than any other full-back in the league and yet, Junior Firpo on the other flank has produced more. Firpo scored for Leeds on Monday.
There is no doubt that signing Bogle has been a massive boost for Leeds this season. Leeds have finally replaced cult hero Luke Ayling with the signing of Bogle and seriously hurting Sheffield United as well.

There will be a few changes in the summer when it comes to the starting XI. A goalkeeper, a no.10 and perhaps a striker – but there is little chance that Leeds go into the market to try and replace Bogle.
