Leeds United loanee Cody Drameh has been praised following his performance for Birmingham City on Tuesday night.
The Leeds right-back headed out on loan to fellow Championship side Birmingham City during the last summer transfer window.
Many may have been shocked that Cody Drameh was loaned out following his successful temporary move last season to Luton.
He could have been very useful for the club this season. Instead, the club signed Djed Spence on loan from Spurs and allowed Drameh to head out on loan.

BirminghamWorld raved over Drameh as his current club won 4-1 in the Championship. They gave him a rating of eight out of ten and said: “Needed a performance like that. An inch-perfect ball to Miyoshi.”
Drameh also managed to pick up an assist as he played 88 minutes in the win. Fellow publication BirminghamMail also praised the defender. They gave him a 7.5 out of 10 and said: “Drameh grabbed his first assist for Blues with a pinpoint delivery for Miyoshi in the 23rd minute. The on-loan Leeds United man defended well and continued to fly forward in support of Bacuna in the second half.”
The defender definitely looks like he is finding his feet at Birmingham City and he has started their last six games in a row.
If he continues to shine and also provide an attacking threat then there is no doubt that he can thrive at Leeds in the future.
How much did Leeds pay for Cody Drameh?
Leeds United permanently signed Cody Drameh from Fulham’s U21 side for £1million. The transfer happened in August 2020. Since then, Drameh has featured 43 times for Leeds U21’s and just 10 times for the first team.
With him still only 21 years old, there is bags of time for the Englishman to fight his way into the first team at Leeds. He needs to make sure he has a successful season-long loan at Birmingham City and impress manager Daniel Farke.
