Leeds United fans are still getting used to their new signings and working out their personalities both on and off the pitch. But it is clear what type of character Anton Stach is.
On the pitch, Stach has been effervescent. The Germany international ran 11.7km in the 1-0 win over Everton, more than any other player and then against Arsenal, the lofty midfielder conceded a penalty.
A rock-and-roll type midfielder, Stach has made an impact both in attack and defence. Clearing the ball at the back and making an impact in the final third, his shot eventually seeing Everton concede a penalty.
But Stach’s personality is not just shining through on the pitch, but even more so off it and actually, his hilarious work on Instagram. It began with Stach posting a picture of himself as one of The Beatles.

Anton Stach teases Sheffield Wednesday in his latest Instagram
Then, there was the Madagascar post following the win over Everton and ahead of Tuesday night’s Carabao Cup game at Sheffield Wednesday. He’s also started calling Gabriel Gudmundsson, Gabinho.
Now, on his Instagram story, Stach posted a picture of himself as Wednesday Addams from Netflix’s new take of The Addams Family. Stach teased Sheffield Wednesday’s name by posing as Wednesday Addams.
It is unlikely that Stach starts for Leeds on Tuesday night with Daniel Farke set to rest some of the players that have started twice so far this season. But it’s likely that Stach is at least, on the bench at Hillsborough.

Who will start for Leeds United at Sheffield Wednesday?
LeedsUnited.News predicts nine changes to the side that lost 5-0 at Arsenal, and five full debuts for half of Leeds’ new signings. Karl Darlow should replace Lucas Perri, while there is full change to the defence.
Jack Harrison could start but at left-back, Sam Byram at right-back with James Justin’s availability yet to be known. Sebastiaan Bornauw and Jaka Bijol at centre-back, Ilia Gruev and Sean Longstaff in midfield.

Both Ethan Ampadu and Ao Tanaka have injuries. A return to 4-2-3-1 is likely given the lesser opposition and Brenden Aaronson should start if that is the case. Out wide, Noah Okafor and Dan James may start.
Up top, Lukas Nmecha comes in. Full debuts for Bornauw, Bijol, Longstaff, Okafor and Nmecha, while only James and Gruev retain their starting spot. Stach meanwhile, will surely start the game from the bench.
